Department of restitution

Government Resolution No. 828 dated 01/12/2010 has approved the proposal of the Government to abolish the Military district Javorina, which was published in the Collection of Laws under no. 455/2010, with effect from 01/01/2011.

VIn connection with the abolition of the military district Javorina, all powers of compulsory person for purposes of dealing with restitution claims were passed under the Act č.229/1991 coll. to modify the ownership of land and other agricultural property, as amended, to the Vojenské lesy a majetky SR, š.p. Pliešovce.

From 01/03/2011 Department of restitution was created, whose main task is going to be to finish the whole restitution process by the end of 2014.
